Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Tablet: The future of technology

The Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Tablet was brought out in 2011 and the company made sure that consumers got the best features through this tablet. Intel has come up with different processors for this product. It offers the first and second generation i3, i5 and i7 processors which include HD graphics and turbo.

The disk space has been increased so consumers can get a higher disk capacity at different speeds. The life of the battery is similar to that of a Macbook and none of the competitors have come up with a tablet with a battery that can be compared to that of a Macbook. The screen size and the resolution has changed from a 12.1-inch to a 12.5-inch display with a 1366 x 768 resolution similar to a HDTV. A stylus is also provided to use the multi touch feature on this tablet. When it comes to the wireless aspect of the Lenovo ThinkPad X220 Tablet, the company made sure that the consumers had a variety of choices such as the WiFi module as well as LAN cards.

One thing that the company still hasn’t considered in terms of design is to have an integrated optical drive. It still offers fingerprint scanning but you will need an external drive to use the optical drive.

Even though the price is over a $1000, it is still a reliable tablet with the latest features which makes it worth the money. No other competitor offers the touch feature on Windows 7 which makes Lenovo different from the crowd.
